CHAPTER GOALS
Priority Goals:
1. Communication to and from members and from members to the public
2. Build capacity for all members to value HSTA
3. Increase attendance at Representative Assembly (RA)

Steps:
1. FR's to update faculty email, personal phone & address. Survey faculty for the best
method of contact.
2. Chapter President to notify FRs re: RA submissions to President by email by 4pm the Friday preceding Monday RAs
3. 15 min. meeting notes developed at RA. At 15 min. meeting, intake questions & concerns from teachers to share at RA. Communication systems: 1-1, robo call or Synrevoice, phone tree, 15 min. faculty mtg, BB w/drop box, email, webpage, facebook, twitter
4. Notify FRs: submit student written article about a teacher for chapter website & Dispatch article - school rotation basis
5. Pursue community service & partnerships: Habitat for Humanity, Coordinate Food Drive, Highway Clean up
6. SLL Training at 1st RA & following 5 RA's. Survey members for training needs. Training open to all members.
